Job summary

Schbang invites a Senior Video Editor who believes that great edits are about storytelling, timing and emotion, not just cuts. You will shape social-first content and brand narratives, delivering compelling visuals for reels, campaigns and films.

From raw footage to final output, you’ll own edits, explore AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with Creative, Copy, Design, Strategy, Production and Accounts teams to craft visuals that stop thumbs and spark engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing and sound.
• Experience with social-first content and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Edit social media content, reels, digital films, ads, campaign videos and branded content.
• Take ownership of edits from raw footage to final output.
• Experiment with AI tools and new-age video workflows.
• Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into strong visual narratives.

• Bring strong sensibilities around pacing, music, transitions, sound design and storytelling.
