Role: Motion & Media Designer/ Video Editor

We are looking for a Motion & Media Designer who can bring ideas to life through video, motion graphics, and high-quality visual communication.

This role goes beyond editing, you will shape how we present our products, ideas, and brand to customers, partners, and stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Video & Motion

Create and edit videos for:

• Launch announcements
• Social content

Add motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

Handle end-to-end production: raw footage → final output.

Media & Visual Design

Design graphics for:

• Marketing content
• Website visuals
• Social media
• Brand storytelling

Ensure consistency across all visual outputs.

Build reusable visual assets and templates.

Presentations & Customer Communication (Core Part of Role)

Design high-impact presentations for:

• Work closely with founders/team to structure content and narrative
• Convert complex ideas into clear, visual, and persuasive slides

This is a key expectation — not just designing slides, but thinking through communication

Storytelling

• Translate ideas into engaging visual narratives
• Balance clarity, aesthetics, and impact
• Bring structure to unstructured inputs

Skills & Tools

Must Have

• Motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent)
