Role Description

The Senior Video Editor role at Digipple is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves leading the end-to-end post-production process, including editing raw footage, assembling storylines, refining pacing, and ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to develop visually engaging videos for digital platforms, advertisements, and brand stories.

Responsibilities include color grading, adding motion graphics, integrating audio, maintaining quality standards, and mentoring junior editors where required. The role also involves managing timelines, organizing project files, and proactively suggesting creative improvements to enhance overall video impact.

Qualifications

• Strong video production and video editing skills, with experience managing the full post-production workflow.
• Proficiency in video color grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics to support storytelling and brand communication.
• Graphics skills for designing and adapting visual elements such as titles, lower thirds, and overlays.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and motion software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Proven experience in a senior or lead video editing role, ideally within a creative agency or marketing environment.
• Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret briefs into engaging visual content.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and adapt to feedback constructively.
• Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
