The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing high-quality videos, animations, and interactive learning modules by combining traditional production techniques with modern AI tools.

Required Expertise

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong experience in Character Rigging and Character Animation.
• Ability to create engaging, animated explainers, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and infographic animations.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in creating scenario-based and character-driven learning content.

Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)

• Advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Expertise in:

1. Audio and video synchronization
2. Green screen (Chroma Key) removal and compositing
3. Color correction and color grading
