Job summary

GI InfoTech Limited seeks detail-oriented accounting professionals for its UK Accounts Processing team. Focus is year-end statements, VAT, CT600 and Irish/UK taxes, with direct client contact and strict deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounts prep, UK GAAP knowledge, and KPO experience. CA/ACCA qualifications are a plus; CA Inter in progress not preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts preparation and year-end finalization.
• Prior KPO experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP, CT600, VAT returns, bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare year-end financial statements and final accounts for UK and Ireland clients.
• Perform end-to-end accounts finalization under UK GAAP.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and review corporation tax computations and CT600 returns.
• Bookkeeping and VAT returns for assigned portfolios.
• Handle personal tax returns for company directors (working knowledge).
• Communicate with UK clients via email and calls.
• Meet statutory deadlines and internal quality standards; collaborate with reviewers and managers.

Senior UK Accounts (Executive / Senior Executive / Team Lead - Accounts Processing)

GI InfoTech Limited is hiring detail-oriented accounting professionals for its Year-End & Bookkeeping team, handling UK accounting, year-end accounts preparation and finalization, bookkeeping, VAT returns and tax computations for UK and Ireland-based clients. Reports to Senior Reviewer / Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare year-end financial statements and final accounts for UK and Ireland clients

Perform end-to-end accounts preparation and finalization under UK GAAP

Prepare bank reconciliations, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

Prepare and review corporation tax computations and CT600 returns

Perform bookkeeping and prepare VAT returns for assigned portfolios

Handle personal tax returns for company directors (working knowledge)

Manage client portfolios and communicate directly with UK clients via email and calls

Meet statutory deadlines and internal quality standards; collaborate with reviewers and managers

Requirements

2+ years of experience in accounts preparation and year-end finalization

Prior KPO experience is mandatory

Qualification: B.Com, BAF, BBA, BMS, CA Inter, CA Qualified, ACCA Pursuing or ACCA Qualified

Candidates currently pursuing CA Inter / CA Final are not preferred

Strong understanding of UK GAAP, CT600, VAT returns, bookkeeping
