Job summary

SAP SE in Bengaluru seeks a senior SAP operations professional to lead end-to-end delivery for SAP Private Cloud managed services. You will guide technology discussions, roadmaps, and service adoption while coordinating across SAP ECS, technical operations, and customer stakeholders.

The role emphasizes incident/change management, governance of SLAs/KPIs, and driving continuous improvement to deliver measurable business value for large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP system operations including SAP Basis, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure management across complex enterprise landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration approaches, conversion methodologies, and SAP technology solutions.
• Experience delivering technical services, managing customer engagements, and coordinating multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and hyperscaler environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and enterprise databases including SAP HANA and Sybase.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
• SAP certifications in SAP Basis, SAP Technology, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP domains are preferred; certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP are an advantage.

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience in SAP system operations, including SAP Basis, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure management across complex enterprise landscapes.
