Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel in Gurgaon, India, is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our 24/7 Traveler Care team. You will advise and book domestic and international corporate travel for individuals and groups, leveraging Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and other GDS systems to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 1+ year experience in US/Asia bookings and corporate travel, with strong communication and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Minimum 1 year experience of US and Asia bookings.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Corporate Travel bookings.
• Chat-hub experience is preferred.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).

• Act with integrity and protect traveler information.
• Strong travel industry understanding (business or leisure).
• Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

• Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels.

What You7ll Do

Our Traveler Care team is a 24/7 operation. We have specific colleagues dedicated to the night shift, however, please be flexible and prepared to work afternoon shifts (12-8pm) and weekends.
