Resillion in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca to join the Quality Engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain model-based automated test solutions for complex enterprise applications, collaborating with analysts, developers, and QA stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Tosca experience, 7-9 years in QA, and a track record of scalable automation, data-driven testing, and working in Agile

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of QA experience with Tosca automation.
• Hands-on experience with: Tricentis Tosca Modules, TestCases, ExecutionLists.
• Experience in enterprise application testing (Banking / Insurance / ERP preferred).
• Good understanding of: SDLC & STLC, Defect lifecycle and test reporting.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca (model-based automation)
• Perform application scanning and create reusable Tosca modules
• Build and maintain end-to-end functional and regression automation suites
• Implement data-driven and reusable test cases
• Execute automation suites and analyse results, defects, and reports
• Maintain automation assets with minimal maintenance effort
• Collaborate with manual testers, business analysts, and development teams
• Support CI/CD execution and release-based testing cycles
• Ensure test coverage aligns with functional and business requirements

This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and QA stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable test automation solutions.
