To design, execute, and optimize testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and advocate for best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. To design and implement test plans for complex features and modules.
• 2. To utilize automation tools and frameworks to increase test efficiency , proactively advocate for timely fixes and quality assurance best practices.
• 3. To identify, reproduce, and document software defects according to established procedures.
• 4. To proactively partner with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions, while actively participating in test reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
• 5. To stay up-to-date with the latest testing technology trends , contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks/ libraries and proactivelyImplement innovative testing approaches to address evolving software complexities.
