Job summary

Mindteck in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced software testing professional with 8-12 years of hands-on experience in design, development, debugging, and testing best practices. The role emphasizes mobile automation using Appium and strong DevOps practices in Windows environments.

You will collaborate across teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, and lead testing projects, ensuring quality and continuous improvement through Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with software design, development, debugging, and testing best practices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting expertise.
• Proficiency two or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, VBScript, C#, .NET, Perl, Python.
• Strong experience in Mobile automation using Appium-based test automation.
• Extensive background in test automation, including framework design, development, and modernization.
• Experience with AI-based testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methods.
• Familiarity with REST servers and REST interfaces.
• Strong development skills in Windows environments using Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps with Git workflows.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, build and deployment automation, and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven ability to lead and drive testing projects.
