Qualifications

• 12–15 years of professional IT services experience.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, APIs, and web services for data management and integration.
• Experience creating BRDs and FRDs.
• Proven ability to perform fit-gap analyses and translate requirements into solutions.
• Hands-on system integration leadership, including data mapping and interfaces.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architectures and technical delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Track record of leading large tech programs with cross-functional teams.
• Domain expertise in FMCG/CPG, especially DMS and RTM.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Lead to drive complex technology programs and align technical solutions with strategic business objectives. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end program delivery, translating business requirements into scalable architectures and effective system integrations. You will leverage your expertise in the FMCG and CPG industries to optimize Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and improve Route-to-Market (RTM) operations. Working closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional technical teams, you will ensure solutions meet functional requirements and performance expectations. This opportunity combines strategic decision‑making, technical expertise, and team leadership in a remote IT services environment. You will play a key role in delivering business‑critical transformation initiatives and strengthening operational efficiency.

Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate the development and analysis of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analyses to identify business needs, solution gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Architect and oversee system integration initiatives, including data mapping, API development, and web services implementation.
• Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for technical and functional discussions.
• Provide strategic direction to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and professional development.
• Apply deep FMCG and CPG industry knowledge to optimize Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Route-to-Market (RTM) processes.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional specifications, integration requirements, and performance standards.
• Oversee communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and delivery priorities.
• Drive effective problem‑solving and decision‑making throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in IT services, technology program leadership, and techno‑functional solution delivery. You should combine strong technical knowledge with business analysis capabilities, industry expertise, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders. Key qualifications include:

• 12–15 years of professional experience in the IT Services industry.
• Proven technical expertise in SQL, APIs, and web services for data management and system connectivity.
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing BRD and FRD documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience leading system integration projects, including data mapping and interface management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures and technical solution delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology programs and diverse project teams.
• Extensive domain knowledge in FMCG and CPG, particularly Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Route-to-Market (RTM) processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical functions while managing multiple priorities.
