Qualifications

• Familiarity with surveying tools and basic CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate road construction and maintenance activities, including asphalt and concrete work, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within specifications.
• Conduct detailed inspections and quality control assessments of road surfaces, materials, and construction methods using appropriate testing equipment and procedures.
• Analyze project data and prepare comprehensive technical reports documenting findings, recommendations, and compliance with established standards.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and specialized equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues, implementing corrective actions efficiently.
• Monitor material quality and perform testing on aggregates, asphalt, and concrete to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment logs for regulatory compliance and performance tracking.
• Ensure all work sites adhere to safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular safety briefings and hazard assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop maintenance schedules and optimize road infrastructure performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate road construction and maintenance activities, including asphalt and concrete work, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within specifications
• Conduct detailed inspections and quality control assessments of road surfaces, materials, and construction methods using appropriate testing equipment and procedures
• Analyze project data and prepare comprehensive technical reports documenting findings, recommendations, and compliance with established standards
