Job summary

Three Across is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Hyderabad to lead end-to-end digital initiatives across Supply Chain, including data foundations, planning (Blue Yonder) and Smart Manufacturing. You will govern projects, manage budgets, and engage cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will drive governance, risk management and measurable business value while delivering complex technology programs across global teams and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or related discipline.
• 7+ years in technology project management delivering digital transformations.
• Experience as Senior/Technical/Delivery Manager.
• End-to-end lifecycle management including governance, budgeting, risk.
• Cross-functional stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain: S&OP, manufacturing, logistics.
• Experience with Blue Yonder, SAP planning or equivalent.
• Data analytics experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Digital Technology projects from initiation to support.
• Drive digital transformation across supply chain data foundations, planning systems, manufacturing and analytics.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, dependencies and delivery schedules.
• Manage governance, RAID logs, financial tracking, status reporting and risk escalation.

• Translate requirements into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment planning, change management and adoption.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance and ops standards.
• Partner with Finance/PMO on budgets, capitalization and benefits realization.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM practices and Agile/hybrid delivery.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams including junior resources.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital technology initiatives across the Supply Chain function for a Food & Nutrition Brand. The role will drive complex technology projects across Supply Data Foundations, Supply Chain Planning (Blue Yonder) and Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, timely delivery and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Digital Technology projects, from initiation and planning through design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare and transition to support.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain data foundations, planning systems, manufacturing and analytics capabilities.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, dependencies and delivery schedules.
• Manage project governance, RAID logs, financial tracking, status reporting and escalation of critical risks and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Business, IT, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and Operations.
• Translate business requirements and operational challenges into structured technology delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Manage external vendors, system integrators and delivery partners, including SOW inputs, deliverable reviews, milestone tracking and performance management.
• Oversee testing, UAT, business readiness, deployment planning, change management, adoption and post-implementation stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, integration and operational support standards.
• Partner with Finance and PMO teams on project budgets, forecasting, capitalization, cost management and benefits realization.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, delivery governance and Agile / hybrid methodologies.
• Provide delivery leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, vendors and junior project resources.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, budgeting, governance, risk management, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across business, technology, data, architecture, security and external vendors.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain processes, including planning, S&OP, manufacturing, inventory, logistics and operational performance.
• Exposure to enterprise Supply Chain planning platforms such as Blue Yonder, SAP planning solutions or equivalent.
• Experience delivering data and analytics initiatives involving data platforms, data governance, data quality, reporting and Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong vendor management, financial tracking, budget forecasting and benefits realization capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects across global teams, geographies and time zones.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, CPG or Manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, connected worker solutions, factory automation, operational technology or predictive analytics.
• Experience with Supply Chain data platforms, Blue Yonder, SAP, Power BI or enterprise analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of PMO governance, PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM certifications.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, enterprise architecture governance, cybersecurity reviews and operational handover processes.
• Experience with global digital transformation programmes and multi-vendor delivery environments.
