Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and cloud/SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with ERP CRM or enterprise software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and delivery timelines.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across teams and vendors.
