Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to drive software delivery for web and mobile applications. You will plan programs, run daily scrum and sprint ceremonies, and ensure on-time, quality releases in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong Scrum/Agile leadership, and hands-on Jira/Confluence. PMP certification is an added advantage. You will coordinate with US teams during EST hours and maintain clear product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development and management experience.
• Experienced in managing web and mobile applications.
• Familiar with Angular, Node.js, React.js, React Native, and Java.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Hands-on with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects, lead daily scrum calls, and conduct sprint retrospectives.
• Deliver projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Gather requirements and prepare business requirement documents.
• Create high-level and low-level technical design documents.
• Manage user stories in Jira and prioritize agile execution.
• Coordinate UAT and signoff; track progress and report monthly status.
• Develop and present product roadmaps.

Job description

We have full time Position for Hyderabad location ( Onsite )

Total Experience: 10+ years

Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)

Notice Period: Within 30 days

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project planning, daily scrum calls, sprint retrospective.

Deliver Project in agile methodology following Scrum framework.

Actively participate in requirement gathering and requirement analysis process and help create business requirement documents with Business Analyst.

Create high-level and low-level technical design documents.

Manage user stories in Jira and drive priorities for agile execution.

Conduct agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum calls, sprint retrospective.

Prepare user documentation and release notes.

Validate implementation through spot checks prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Coordinate UAT execution and signoff.

Track the progress of the tasks and overall project health.

Prepare and present monthly status and manage product roadmap.

Work Timings:

Should work closely with US Team during EST time zone .

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Overall 10+ years of experience with software development and management.

Strong experience of managing web and mobile applications.

PMP Certification and Product Management Experience would be an added advantage.

Familiarity with the following technologies Angular, Node JS, React JS, React Native, Java.

Previous experience of working with Relational (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast‑paced work environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills via numerous methods (in-person, phone calls, video calls, instant messaging, etc.).
