Job summary

Hyundai Autoever in India seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end migration from Adobe Experience Manager to a custom CMS built with Spring and React.js. You will drive delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with customers to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.

The role requires strong PM skills, expertise in Java/Spring, REST APIs, React, and cloud/deployment practices.

Qualifications

• PM must have experience managing enterprise CMS migrations, preferably AEM.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk and quality management.
• Knowledge of deployment, release management, and production support.
• Familiarity with CDN, DNS, SSL, and web infrastructure.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration from AEM to custom CMS built with Spring and React.js.
• Drive project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage customer communication.
• Ensure smooth transition with minimal business disruption.
• Plan and execute migration program; manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and change requests.
• Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and business teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Track design, development, integration, and migration activities with architects.
• Oversee content migration, release planning, cutover, and hyper-care activities.
• Act as primary interface with customer stakeholders, conduct reviews and steering meetings.
• Ensure timely resolution of risks, issues, blockers.
• Governance, documentation and compliance with delivery processes.

• Familiarity with CDN Configuration ,firewall coordination ,SSL Certificates ,DNS and Web infrastructure.
• Exposure to cloud platforms(AWS Preferred) and CI/CD Practices.

Roles & Responsibility :

• Lead the end-to end migration of an enterprise website platform from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to custom-built CMS developed using Spring and React.Js.
• The role involves driving project delivery, coordination cross-functional teams, managing customer communication and
• ensuring a smooth transition from the existing CMS to the new platform with minimal business disruption.
• Lead planning and execution of the AEM Custom CMS migration program.
• Manage project scope, schedule, milestone, resource, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with development ,QA,DevOps, infrastructure, security , and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with solution architects and technical leads to track application design, development, integration, and migration activities.
• Manage content migration, release planning ,cutover, and hyoercare activities.
• Act as the primary interface with customer stakeholders, conducting project reviews, status reporting ,and steering meetings.
• Ensure timely resolution of project risks, technical issues, and delivery blockers.
• Drive project governance ,documentation and compliance with organizational delivery processes.

Certification if any,

PMP or PMP-ACP(Preferrable).
