Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Technical Project Manager in India to lead DevOps-focused projects across planning, execution, and delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, system administrators, and QA to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree preferred).
• 2-5 years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).
• Proven experience in project management and technical leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring and reporting tools to track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and post-implementation reports.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and clients.
