Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior Technical Manager to lead end‑to‑end customer project deliveries across Data Engineering, Cloud Transformation, Advanced Analytics, MLOps, Generative AI, and AI‑driven solutions within the HCMI (Healthcare, Consumer, Manufacturing and Information Services) domain.
You will own the successful execution of complex, multi‑million‑dollar client engagements, drive exceptional customer satisfaction, ensure profitable delivery, and scale a high‑performing delivery organization in one of the fastest‑growing technology domains.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a services/product company focused on Data + Cloud + AI, combining deep technical acumen with strong P&L ownership, C‑level client advisory, and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in Data Engineering, AI/ML delivery, or cloud transformation.
- Minimum 8–10 years of mandatory HCMI domain experience.
- Hands‑on experience operationalizing LLM‑based enterprise solutions.
- Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar transformation programs.
- Executive storytelling and consultative problem framing

Key Responsibilities:
- Own full project/program delivery lifecycle — planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
- Lead all customer deliveries with a GenAI/AI‑First mindset: Every engagement must evaluate and embed Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation opportunities from day one (solution blueprinting, architecture, development, and operations).
- Ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery with focus on velocity, quality metrics (defect rates, test coverage, DORA metrics), scalability, security and customer satisfaction.
- Build and scale high‑performing engineering teams (Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, GenAI, etc.); handle hiring, onboarding, performance management, career growth, and retention.
- Build, mentor, and scale a delivery team that lives and breathes GenAI/AI‑First culture.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, product teams, business units, and external vendors/partners (nearshore/offshore delivery centers).
- Identify and remove delivery impediments; escalates effectively when needed and drive continuous process improvement (CI/CD, DevOps, automation).
- Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and engineering KPIs; report progress through dashboards and executive reviews.
- Conduct risk & dependency management across projects; ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Champion engineering excellence — code quality, architecture governance, technical debt reduction, and adoption of modern practices (Cloud, Microservices, AI/ML where applicable).
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads on capacity planning, technical roadmaps, and resource allocation.
- Support proposals and pursuits with solution positioning, win themes, value frameworks, and architecture inputs.
- Collaborate with marketing to create vertical POVs, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership assets
