GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Senior Technical Leader/Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge business objectives with AI-enabled engineering across the Software Development Lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will lead Agentic Pods, design cloud-native architectures, and mentor teams while driving adoption of the AI Development Lifecycle. Engage with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native development and DevOps.
• Proven experience leading technical teams delivering complex software solutions.
• Hands-on AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) experience incl AI-assisted design, code generation, testing, debugging, docs and review.
• Experience using AI coding assistants in day-to-day engineering.
• Experience creating structured technical specifications and prompts for AI delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Technical Leader who can function as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) within our Agentic AI Delivery model. This role is responsible for bridging business objectives and engineering execution by leveraging AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, enabling them to translate ambiguous business problems into AI-enabled technical solutions and lead delivery through Agentic Pods.

Requirements

Required Experience

• 12+ years of software engineering experience and 6-12
• Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native development, and DevOps.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software solutions.
• Hands-on experience working within an AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), including AI-assisted design, code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, Windsurf) in day-to-day engineering.
• Experience creating structured technical specifications and prompts that improve AI-assisted delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in consulting or customer-facing solution roles.
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent development models.
• Experience with LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration platforms.
• Experience driving engineering transformation initiatives.
