Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks an experienced Senior Technical Leader to serve as a Forward Deployed Engineer within our AI-driven delivery model. You will bridge business goals and engineering execution, guiding AI-enabled software delivery across complex projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams and AI agents, shaping architectures and governance while driving adoption of AI Development Lifecycle practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience and 6-12
• Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native development, and DevOps.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with an AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), including AI-assisted design, code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI coding assistants in day-to-day engineering.
• Experience creating structured technical specifications and prompts that improve AI-assisted delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, business stakeholders, and product teams to understand complex business problems and define solution strategies.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications suitable for AI-assisted implementation.
• Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solution architectures.
• Lead Agentic Pods comprising engineers and AI agents to deliver high-quality software.
• Drive adoption of AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices across delivery teams.
• Review AI-generated architecture, code, test cases, and documentation for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineering teams on AI-native software engineering and prompt engineering best practices.
• Establish engineering governance and quality standards for AI-assisted software delivery.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI-enabled workflows.

Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Technical Leader who can function as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) within our Agentic AI Delivery model. This role is responsible for bridging business objectives and engineering execution by leveraging AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, enabling them to translate ambiguous business problems into AI-enabled technical solutions and lead delivery through Agentic Pods.

Requirements

Required Experience

• 12+ years of software engineering experience and 6-12
• Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native development, and DevOps.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software solutions.
• Hands-on experience working within an AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), including AI-assisted design, code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, Windsurf) in day-to-day engineering.
• Experience creating structured technical specifications and prompts that improve AI-assisted delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in consulting or customer-facing solution roles.
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent development models.
• Experience with LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration platforms.
• Experience driving engineering transformation initiatives.
