Job summary

WealthBeacon.ai is seeking a Technical Lead in Bengaluru to architect and ship high-quality code, monitor production systems, and mentor the team. You will be among the earliest technical hires, shaping our tech stack and engineering culture.

You will lead a small team, build core financial infrastructure, and work directly with founders to deliver a high-performing consumer product while navigating Indian fintech regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with some leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on coding skills.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, low-latency serving systems, and async processing systems in the cloud.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes typical in a startup.
• Knowledge of Indian capital markets tech (trading/mutual funds/demat) and the Indian payment ecosystem.
• Basic understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
