Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and API integrations.
• Configure and manage Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, alerts, and dashboards.
• Create and optimize KQL queries for log analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Analyze telemetry data to identify performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Build custom workbooks, dashboards, and monitoring solutions.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting strategies.
• Investiate incidents and perform root cause analysis using logs and metrics.
• Collaborate with application development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Support CI/CD deployments and ensure observability best practices are implemented.

• 2-5+ years in NOC, Command Center, Monitoring or Incident Management roles.
• Hands-on experience with Application Insights and Azure Monitor
• Strong proficiency in KQL
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications using telemetry and logs
