Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Senior Network Engineer specializing in Network Security and Palo Alto. You will design and manage security controls, firewall configurations, and multi-vendor networking across routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN environments.

The role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, RCA, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security for enterprise-scale networks. Collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and network security.
• Strong understanding of zone-based design and traffic flow control.
• Experience implementing ACLs, NAT, VPNs, and segmentation in enterprise networks.
• Multivendor network environment exposure and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SD-WAN and data center networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing network and security infrastructure across firewall, routing, switching, wireless, and SD-WAN environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and implement network security controls, including zone-based architecture, ACLs, segmentation, VPNs, and ingress/egress traffic policies.
• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT configurations, VPNs, and traffic flows.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across routing and switching infrastructure to ensure network stability, availability, and performance.
• Support enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure and user access requirements.
• Assist with SD-WAN operations, troubleshooting, and traffic optimization initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex network and security incidents.
• Handle day-to-day network operations, incident management, and infrastructure changes.
• Contribute to small- and medium-scale projects, including network deployments, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Work across multi-vendor environments and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure high availability, security, compliance, performance, and operational efficiency across the network environment.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.

Role of the Resource
