Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in network security and firewall administration.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Cisco firewall technologies.
• Experience with VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and security policies.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate security incidents.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Palo Alto Firewalls (PA Series, Panorama).
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Firewalls (ASA, Firepower/FTD).
• Implement security policies, NAT rules, URL filtering, IPS/IDS, and threat prevention.
• Configure and maintain Site-to-Site VPNs, Remote Access VPNs, and IPSEC tunnels.
• Monitor firewall performance, security events, and logs using SIEM tools.
• Perform firewall rule reviews, access control management, and security audits.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across enterprise environments.
• Work closely with network, cloud, and application teams for security enhancements.
• Conduct firmware upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.
