Job summary

Appagentix in Noida Sector 63 seeks an experienced SEO specialist to own and grow our organic channel across multiple markets. You will drive rankings, traffic and enquiries, architect content across services and locations, and write or edit pages while briefing others.

You’ll work hands-on with Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and collaborate directly with the founders. 5–8 years of impact-driven SEO, strong writing, and multi-country expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in SEO with real rankings growth rather than maintenance.
• Able to point to pages you created and the queries they now rank for.
• Strong writing and editing skills; this role covers content creation.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic channel performance across rankings, traffic, and enquiries.

• Run technical SEO with the WordPress developer: site structure, indexation, speed, data schema.
• Own multi-country search across .com, .co.uk, .ae and .es, including Arabic pages for UAE.
• Build domain authority via digital PR and link-building and manage related budget.
• Set up and own reporting in Search Console, GA4 and rank trackers; report impact to founders.

Appagentix is a custom software and AI development company. We build AI agents, agentic workflows and business automation systems for enterprises, and we modernize the applications they already run.

• Own the organic channel and its numbers: rankings, organic traffic, and the enquiries that come from it
• Plan the content architecture across services, industries and locations, and decide what gets written and in what order
• Write and edit the pages yourself, and brief and review anything written by others
• Do the keyword and SERP research that decides which pages exist, based on what buyers actually search
• Run technical SEO alongside our WordPress developer: site structure, internal linking, indexation, page speed, structured data
• Own multi country search across our .com, .co.uk, .ae and .es properties, including Arabic pages for the UAE market
• Build domain authority through digital PR, link placements and partnerships, and own that budget
• Optimise for AI search surfaces as well as classic Google: AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini
• Set up and own reporting in Search Console, GA4 and your preferred rank tracker, and report what moved and why
• Work directly with the founders. There is no layer between you and the decision

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 8 years in SEO, with at least part of it spent taking a site from low authority to real rankings rather than maintaining an established one
• You can point to specific pages you decided should exist, and name the queries they now rank for
• Strong writer. This role writes and edits, it does not only brief
• Hands on with Search Console, GA4, and a tool like Ahrefs or Semrush. You read the data yourself
• Comfortable with technical SEO conversations: crawling, indexation, site structure, page speed, schema
• Experience with link building and digital PR, and honest about what it cost and what it returned
• Any graduate. We care about what you have shipped, not your degree
• Agency or B2B services background is useful. International or multi country SEO is a strong plus
• Curious about how AI search is changing organic visibility, even if you are still learning it
• Not a fit if your experience is mainly reporting, coordination or briefing agencies. This role does the work
