Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Lead to oversee and guide our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, along with proven leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.
2. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization
3. Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
4. Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
5. Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
6. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
7. Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.
8. Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
3. Strong expertise in:
   • Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
   • SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)
   • SAP UI5 / Fiori
   • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
   • System integration with SAP or enterprise applications
4. Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Nice to Have
   • Exposure to Cloud platforms (SAP BTP).
   • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git,.
   • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
   • Familiarity with security standards and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
