Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an AI Cloud Architect + Developer to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions for clients in Chennai. You will build scalable, secure cloud architectures and contribute to coding, testing, and deployment of cloud applications using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

You will also evaluate GenAI use cases, ensure quality through best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client deadlines and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of cloud architecture and development experience on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud or other cloud platforms.
• Strong hands-on scripting experience.
• Exposure to ML Ops practices and deployment workflows.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and guide solution design.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, Azure Functions, App Service, Storage, Google Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, etc.
• Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning for cloud environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML services offered by AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience in cloud cost optimization and financial management.

• Confidently articulate AI/ML concepts and practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications using APIs, microservices, and other methods.
• Optimize cloud resources and costs using automation, monitoring, and analytics tools.
• Document and communicate cloud architectures and applications using diagrams, reports, and presentations.
• Research and evaluate new cloud technologies and trends to improve the existing cloud solutions and create new opportunities.
