Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design and hands-on implementation of AI solutions in industrial settings.
• Experience in multi-agent design, prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent memory systems.
• Strong consulting and facilitation skills with senior experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure and automation, CI/CD, site reliability engineering.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical workflow controls.

• To architect| design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
• To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

Job description

Advise expert teams on where AI can improve daily work in a practical, low-friction way. Translate specialist workflows into AI-supported patterns with clear human checkpoints.

Introduce a lightweight standard workflow for AI-assisted work (proposal, review, validation, approval). Define escalation and override points to keep accountability explicit.

Coach teams on reusable prompt, context, and knowledge practices.

6+ years of proven track record in design and hands‑on implementation of AI solutions in industrial settings

In‑depth experience in multi‑agent design, advanced prompt engineering, tool and function calling, and agent memory systems

Strong consulting and facilitation skills with senior experts and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Deep understanding of DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure and automation, CI/CD, site reliability engineering, cloud operations, proactive monitoring, and incident management.

Experience in translating regulatory requirements (e.g., C5) into practical workflow controls.
