Job summary

ConexusDX Part of the Recolution Group is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to own the technical delivery of a new production application. This is a part-time, fully remote freelance opportunity based in India, combining hands-on full-stack engineering, Azure/DevOps, solution architecture and AI-assisted development.

The role demands strong leadership in architecture and delivery, plus hands-on coding with ReactJS, NestJS and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript and NestJS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Azure experience including Container Apps, PostgreSQL, Key Vault and Entra ID.
• Terraform, Git/GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Experience building production-grade applications.
• Ability to manage technical delivery independently.
• Experience in regulated/pharma environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities
