Papigen seeks a seasoned Tech Lead / AI Orchestrator in India to own the technical design and delivery of the Plan & Strategy – PPSD & AI Drafting solution. You will orchestrate OutSystems architecture, document workflows, GenAI integration, and AI coding agents, ensuring secure, scalable delivery.

You will guide AI agents, review AI-generated code/tests, and enforce security and performance standards before merges. A strong production track record with OutSystems is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in OutSystems.
• Production OutSystems experience required.
• Experience as Tech Lead or Architect.
• ≥1.5 years AI-assisted delivery with agentic tools.
• Experience shipping AI-assisted work to production.
• Ability to guide AI agents with clear prompts and tasks.
• Strong knowledge of security and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design OutSystems architecture for PPSD document authoring and AI drafting.
• Integrate AI Document Intelligence (P3), review-chain (P1), and platform integrations (P2).
• Break down technical specs into testable AI-ready tasks.
• Use approved agentic tools to generate/refine code, tests, docs.
• Review AI-generated output for architecture, security, performance, and regressions.
• Enforce RBAC, OWASP, data protection; uphold architecture standards.
• Manage technical debt, diagnose defects, mentor engineers in AI-first delivery.

The Tech Lead / AI Orchestrator will own the technical design and delivery of the Plan & Strategy – PPSD & AI Drafting solution. The role combines OutSystems architecture, document-authoring workflows, GenAI integration, and hands‑on orchestration of AI coding agents.

The candidate must have production‑level OutSystems experience and at least 1.5 years of hands‑on AI‑assisted delivery using agentic coding tools. They will direct AI agents, review all AI‑generated code and tests, enforce security and performance standards, and approve output before merging.

Key Responsibilities

• Design OutSystems architecture for PPSD document authoring, section versioning, approvals, and AI‑assisted drafting.
• Integrate AI Document Intelligence (P3), review‑chain functionality (P1), and platform integrations (P2).
• Break technical specifications into small, testable tasks that AI coding agents can execute.
• Use approved agentic tools to generate and refine code, tests, and technical documentation.
• Review all AI‑generated output before merge, checking architecture, security, performance, and regression results.
• Enforce RBAC, OWASP security practices, data protection, and OutSystems architecture standards.
• Manage technical debt, investigate root causes, resolve defects, and coach engineers in AI‑first delivery practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of OutSystems experience.
• Strong hands‑on OutSystems O11 and/or ODC experience in production environments.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Architecture Specialist.
• At least 1.5 years of hands‑on AI‑assisted delivery using agentic coding tools—beyond basic chat, grammar assistance, or autocomplete.
• Evidence of having shipped AI‑assisted work to production.
• Experience directing AI agents by providing context, prompts, specifications, and executable tasks.
• Strong OutSystems architecture knowledge, including the 4‑Layer Canvas.
• REST/SOAP APIs, event‑based integrations, SQL, aggregates, and performance tuning.
• Security expertise covering RBAC, OWASP, permissions, data protection, and exposed actions.
• CI/CD experience using OutSystems LifeTime and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to review AI‑generated code, tests, and documentation before approving merges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Project Procurement Strategy for Development (PPSD), procurement profiles, and early market engagement.
• Experience building document‑authoring or document‑generation solutions with approval workflows.
• GenAI‑assisted drafting of enterprise strategy documents.
• OutSystems Mentor or AI Agent Builder.
• Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent approved agentic coding tools.
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) experience, particularly for OutSystems.
• OutSystems Tech Lead / Architecture Specialist certification.
• Familiarity with collaborative document UX and dedicated defect burn‑down practices.
