Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Senior Teamcenter Core Expert / Solution Support Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Pune/Mumbai-based team. You will deliver second- and third-level Teamcenter Core support, ensuring stable PLM operations and driving performance improvements across complex enterprise environments.

The role requires deep expertise in Teamcenter Core, trace/log analysis, SQL and databases, plus experience with enterprise architecture and end-to-end system flows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Teamcenter experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Core, trace/log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with databases and debugging.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, PLM systems and end-to-end system flows.
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations and third‑party products in business‑critical environments.
• Knowledge of Siemens NX and ECAD concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance, network, security concepts, data analytics and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide second- and third-level support for Teamcenter Core, ensuring stable and reliable PLM operations.
• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues to improve system stability, performance, and service quality.
• Evaluate Teamcenter traces, logs, and performance data to identify root causes and drive sustainable fixes.
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across client, application, middleware, network, and database layers.
• Optimise complex PLM environments through performance analysis and targeted technical improvements.
• Support architecture decisions and technical solution concepts that enable scalable and secure platforms.
• Analyse and support Teamcenter integrations and third‑party solutions across the system landscape.
• Enable successful releases, upgrades, testing, and test automation while collaborating with global teams and partners.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Bringing at least 8+ years of Teamcenter experience, including support within complex enterprise environments.
• Applying strong knowledge of Teamcenter Core, trace analysis, log analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
• Leveraging advanced SQL skills and hands‑on experience with databases and debugging activities.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, PLM systems, and end‑to‑end system flows.
• Supporting Teamcenter integrations and third‑party products within business‑critical environments.
• Using knowledge of Siemens NX, with ECAD experience and Data Lifecycle Management concepts as advantages.
• Contributing expertise in performance management, network and security concepts, data analytics, and data quality.
