Job description

Digantara is a leading Space Surveillance and Intelligence company focused on ensuring orbital safety and sustainability. With expertise in space-based detection, tracking, identification, and monitoring, Digantara provides comprehensive domain awareness across regimes, allowing end users to have actionable intelligence on a single platform. At the core of its infrastructure lies a sophisticated integration of hardware and software capabilities aligned with the key principles of situational awareness: perception (data collection), comprehension (data processing), and prediction (analytics). This holistic approach empowers Digantara to monitor all Resident Space Objects (RSOs) in orbit, fostering comprehensive domain awareness.

We are seeking highly organized Project Engineers to join our team. This person is expected Manager to drive the delivery of our software products platforms and data pipelines that turn sensor observations into actionable intelligence for our customers. Ideal Candidate

Work experience in formal project management in the space segment has delivered software products on time by running a healthy agile process, building the team habits and the tracking discipline that make delivery predictable while turning ambiguity and shifting requirements into a plan the team can actually execute against and cares about delivery culture as much as delivery mechanics.

  • Professional certification in Project Management (Ex. PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM).
  • A working understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and how modern software teams ship and operate a product.
  • Have a can-do spirit and good problem-solving skills.
