Job summary

Eastman is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with Full Stack .NET expertise to join the PIMS team on a 12-month contract. You will design, develop, and support enterprise applications for global manufacturing operations, partnering with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills across ASP.NET Core/MVC, Razor/Blazor, and AngularJS, plus experience in CI/CD, OOP, and SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, and .NET technologies.

Role Description

EASTMAN is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with Full Stack .NET development experience to join the PIMS (Process Information Management Solutions) Team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that serve global manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.

This will be a contract position for a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to develop applications which will be used by the operators/technicians in the manufacturing area globally by using .net platform.
• Developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using .NET and related technologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design and implement software solutions.
• Maintain the existing applications and fix issues and explain the user about the timelines in resolving the issues.
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborating with peers to support/design the best solution possible.
• Ensure error-free coding that adheres to best coding practices.
• Implement best practices and methodologies for security, quality, and development approach.
• Design, develop, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, testing, and deployment processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage global stakeholders and US-based teams.
