We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to work on cutting‑edge cloud hardware systems and AI infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, validation, and integration of server systems/platforms for enterprise and cloud‑scale environments.
• Drive network architecture and implementation of cloud‑grade front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Perform post‑silicon validation, system bring‑up, functional validation, and end‑to‑end platform qualification.
• Define and execute test cases across performance, scalability, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across all layers—physical to protocol—and develop reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery of high‑performance, cost‑effective, and scalable infrastructure systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in server system/platform design or validation for cloud or enterprise segments.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with cloud‑grade network architecture (front‑end and back‑end).
• Strong grasp of Ethernet stack, QoS, traffic control, and routing protocols like BGP, ECMP.
• Deep understanding of CLOS networks, congestion handling (DCQCN, PFC, CBFC), and NPU architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with networking hardware – QSFP‑DD cables, DACs, NICs, switches, PHYs.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot across multiple network layers.
• Experience defining validation frameworks for large‑scale networking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of AI networking, ultra‑ethernet, and traffic collectives in AI workloads.
• Experience with platform‑level debug tools (JTAG, Lauterbach, Arium).
• Proven capability in system‑level debugging—hardware, firmware, thermal, CPLD/FPGA.
• Scripting/programming knowledge: Python, Perl, Shell scripting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross‑functional team collaboration.
