Job summary

Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Sustainability Data Analyst to lead sustainability data reporting, management, and compliance across a wide asset portfolio. You will drive data quality, deliver actionable insights, and support client reporting using our sustainability platforms.

You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with account teams to track reduction initiatives, and ensure delivery milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability data reporting, data management, and KPI tracking across assets.
• Ability to develop insights and actions across energy, water, GHG emissions and waste data.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong Excel skills with proficiency in advanced functions.

• Support account teams on setting, reporting reduction initiatives with targets and KPIs.
• Establish strong working relationships with account and client teams.

What this opportunity involves: We seek a Senior Sustainability Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for the sustainability data reporting, data management, platform, compliance and reporting functions for a wide range of assets across JLL. JLL's purpose-driven global sustainability program delivers impact on climate action for sustainable real estate, healthy spaces for all people and thriving communities. We are a rapidly expanding team, and over time we continuously support your growth with development opportunities available within our data and analytics teams.

An overview of the role

• Manage the reporting team with insights, analytics, preparing data and presentations.
• Own, and improve upon, sustainability data management, leading the identification and resolution of data quality issues when observed
• Support the account team on setting, tracking, and reporting on reduction initiatives in concert with targets and key performance indicators
• Establish strong working relationships with account and client teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Develop a detailed understanding of JLL’s sustainability reporting application and how we support clients in measuring sustainability performance.
• Assist the account team with client delivery milestones to ensure they are being met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts on the team.
