Job summary

TE Connectivity India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analytics professional to drive data-driven decisions and transform supply chain processes through advanced analytics. The role focuses on planning, operations, and logistics, delivering AI-enabled solutions and actionable insights for global stakeholders.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize data quality, governance, and performance, leveraging tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Business, Operations, Analytics, BI or related fields.
  • Automotive/manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on analytics consulting or end-to-end supply chain analytics experience across planning, operations, fulfillment and logistics.

Responsibilities

Job Overview The Supply Chain Support Team is responsible for assisting the Planning organization across various regions, with a primary focus on supporting day-to-day planning operations. The team works closely with planners to manage technical and administrative tasks, enabling smoother execution of supply chain activities. By streamlining communication, improving data accuracy, and enhancing responsiveness, the team plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring timely product availability.


Roles & Responsibility

ROLE OBJECTIVE: Accountable for driving business decisions and supply chain transformation through analytics. Building and managing smarter solutions including proactive and predictive solutions for better business visibilities The person is self-starter, motivated and works with less supervision Responsible for 360-degree global stakeholder Management Provide solutions to business pain points – Diagnostic, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics Act as an analytics consultant for end-to-end supply chain use cases, spanning upstream planning/procurement, manufacturing/inventory, downstream customer/order management, and delivery/logistics performance.


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Analyze Supply Chain KPIs and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes impacting business performance.

  • Accountable for driving business decisions and supply chain transformation through analytics.

  • Design and deploy scalable analytics and AI-enabled solutions that drive business decisions and measurable value realization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions that address business needs.

  • Proactively identifying root causes on KPI changes and provide analysis to management.

  • Communicate with multiple teams to gather information and provide management level summary.

  • Develop executive-level summaries and data-driven recommendations for management reviews.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple data sources.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytics, process optimization, and business insights.

  • Drive analytics projects from problem definition through implementation and benefit realization.


EXPERIENCE 6–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Business, Operations domain knowledge, Analytics, Business Intelligence or related fields. Experience in automotive/manufacturing industry preferred. Preferred 4+ years of hands‑on analytics consulting or supply chain analytics experience across planning, operations, customer fulfillment, and logistics/delivery use cases. Experience managing analytics projects end‑to‑end, including requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, solution design, development, testing, deployment, user adoption, and value realization.


Desired Candidate Profile:


Professional Experience

Strong experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales analytics using Power BI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, and AI/LLM-based technologies to deliver actionable business insights. Proven ability to analyze large and complex datasets, identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and business drivers, and translate findings into meaningful recommendations for decision‑making. Hands‑on experience across end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, supplier performance, inventory management, manufacturing operations, customer fulfillment, and logistics. Strong technical expertise in SQL, prompt engineering, Python, data extraction, cleansing, automation, feature engineering, and development of scalable analytical datasets and reusable solutions. Ability to convert ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical solutions, including problem statements, user stories, process maps, functional requirements, and actionable insights. Experience integrating and analyzing data from enterprise platforms such as SAP/ERP, CRM, WMS/TMS, and other operational systems, with a solid understanding of data quality, governance, security, reconciliation, and lineage.

Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and performance metrics. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex data and communicate insights to business leaders. Consulting mindset with a focus on business value creation. Hands‑on experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies, Copilot, prompt engineering. Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a global environment.


Education / Knowledge

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. MBA or advanced analytics certification is an advantage.
