The Designer Hype (TDH) operates a flagship boutique at Fairmont Jaipur, where luxury styling and personalised experiences define every client interaction.

We are seeking a Senior Stylist with strong ownership of store operations, clienteling, CRM and inventory, who can deliver exceptional service while driving sales in a high-touch environment at our Jaipur boutique.

Qualifications

Our flagship boutique at Fairmont Jaipur is designed around high-touch client servicing, personalised styling, private shopping experiences, and meaningful long-term client relationships.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Stylist who can take strong ownership of the boutique's day-to-day functioning while delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every client.

The Role

As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for client styling, sales, relationship management, boutique operations, CRM, inventory coordination, and overall store presentation.

This is a hands-on, client-facing position suited to someone who understands luxury retail, communicates exceptionally well, and is comfortable independently managing the boutique along with the supporting store team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Styling

• Deliver a highly personalised and premium styling experience to every client.
• Understand client preferences and recommend relevant luxury products and looks.
• Build strong knowledge of TDH's product portfolio, brands, collections, and inventory.
• Maintain exceptional standards of communication, grooming, etiquette, and client servicing.

Sales, CRM & Clienteling

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Proactively connect with the existing client database through calls, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
• Regularly follow up with clients regarding new arrivals, relevant products, appointments, and private shopping opportunities.
• Maintain and actively use the CRM system to record client preferences, interactions, leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Work towards store sales targets, repeat business, client retention, and conversion.

Boutique & Inventory Management

• Take ownership of the boutique's day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Manage and coordinate effectively with the supporting store staff.
• Maintain accurate product and inventory records using the Company's inventory management and retail software.
• Oversee stock movement, product handling, documentation, billing coordination, and other operational requirements.
• Ensure all CRM alerts, client follow-ups, inventory updates, and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall boutique readiness.

Brand Representation & Fairmont Coordination

• Act as a strong brand ambassador for TDH within Fairmont Jaipur.
• Build positive relationships with hotel teams, guests, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support private appointments, events, collaborations, and other luxury shopping experiences.
• Proactively identify opportunities to drive guest engagement, store visits, and sales within the hotel ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within luxury fashion, premium retail, luxury hospitality, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Prior experience working with or managing a luxury/premium boutique or brand is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills with confidence in interacting with HNI and luxury clientele.
• Strong sales, styling, clienteling, and relationship-management abilities.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, inventory management software, POS/retail systems, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to independently take ownership, solve problems, and manage day-to-day store responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, client discretion, grooming, and professional etiquette.
• Commercially driven, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working towards sales and client-engagement goals.
• Genuine interest and knowledge of luxury fashion, global brands, and evolving industry trends.

Location Requirement

This is a full-time, on-site position at our boutique in Fairmont Jaipur.

Candidates should either be currently based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur for the role.

Work Schedule

6 days per week | 1 rotational weekday off

The role requires flexibility based on boutique operations, client appointments, events, and peak business periods.
