Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery invites applications for a customer-facing sales role at our Jalandhar store. The incumbent will understand customer needs, suggest suitable jewelry pieces, and drive daily sales while maintaining a polished storefront and excellent service.

The candidate should have 2 years of retail experience, be comfortable with POS systems, and work flexibly across shifts to support store operations and promotions.

Qualifications

• Min HSC or Graduate with 2 years retail experience.
• Must be above 20 and below 35 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Handle customer queries effectively and lift complex issues.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including features and benefits.
• Communicate product value and support store sales targets.
• Stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster.
• Maintain punctuality and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store operations such as deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing.
• Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations
