Job summary

Intellias is seeking Senior/Principal Stibo STEP PIM Engineers to design, develop, and implement PIM/MDM solutions. You will work with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable STEP-based components.

Join a global team delivering digital transformation for international clients. Remote/hybrid in India based on project needs, with 7+ years of STEP MDM/PIM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Stibo STEP MDM/PIM development.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing STEP solutions.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Imports/Exports, Web UI and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of STEP best practices and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Stibo STEP PIM/MDM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements with product owners.
• Develop STEP components: Business Rules, Workflows, Imports/Exports.
• Develop/maintain Web UI and API integrations.
• Provide production support for interfaces and systems.
• Mentor users and technical teams on best practices.
• Promote coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Review code and guide developers for quality delivery.
• Collaborate with BAs, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and configure Stibo STEP PIM/MDM solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and implement business requirements.
• Develop and enhance STEP components including:
• Business Rules
• Workflows
• Imports & Exports
• Web UI
• Endpoints & Integrations
• Support existing interfaces and provide production support.
• Train and mentor business users and technical teams.
• Establish and promote Stibo development best practices and coding standards.
• Review code and guide developers to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Stibo Systems STEP MDM/PIM development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in configuring and developing STEP solutions.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Imports, Exports, Web UI, and APIs.
• Solid understanding of Stibo STEP best practices.
• Experience with ETL/Data Integration is an added advantage.
