Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains (Supplier, Customer, Product).
• Support data migration and transformation during migration to next-gen platforms (Reltio/Profisee).
• Analyze data models, workflows, and integrations for migration planning.
• Develop and manage API-based and middleware integrations between MDM and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
• Configure match/merge rules, survivorship, and data governance workflows.
• Collaborate with architecture and data governance teams to design scalable master data models and golden records.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation during migration.
• Support testing, reconciliation, and parallel runs during switchover to new MDM.

Job Title: Stibo MDM Developer (Migration & Integration Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Stibo MDM Developer with strong expertise in MDM architecture, integrations, and platform migration. The role will focus on supporting the lift-and-shift or migration of master data domains from Stibo MDM to next-generation MDM platforms such as Reltio or Profisee, while ensuring data integrity, governance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Supplier, Customer, and Product.
• Support data migration and transformation activities during the transition from Stibo MDM to platforms like Reltio or Profisee.
• Analyze existing data models, workflows, business rules, and integrations in Stibo to enable effective migration planning.
• Develop and manage API-based and middleware integrations between MDM and enterprise systems (ERP, procurement, CRM, data platforms).
• Configure and optimize match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data governance workflows.
• Collaborate with architecture and data governance teams to design scalable master data models and golden record frameworks.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure quality during migration and platform transition.
• Support testing, reconciliation, and parallel run activities during switchover to the new MDM platform.
• Document data models, integration flows, and migration approaches to support long-term maintainability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Stibo Systems STEP MDM development and configuration
• Knowledge of MDM architecture, golden record management, and data governance frameworks
• Experience with MDM migrations or platform transitions
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, data integration, and ETL tools
• Knowledge of data modeling, hierarchy management, and workflow configuration
• Experience working with enterprise integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Reltio or Profisee MDM platforms
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms or lakehouse environments
• Understanding of supplier and customer master data domains
