Job summary

Tekskills seeks a senior STEP/Masters Data Management specialist to support a major MDM transformation using STIBO STEP. You will apply JavaScript-based business rules and configure workflows to build scalable data models and secure interfaces across the platform.

Design, develop, and implement STEP-based solutions, ensuring data quality and governance. You will craft Web UI components and integration endpoints while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on STEP development experience with emphasis on JavaScript-based business rules and workflow configuration.
• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Stibo STEP platform for master data management (MDM).
• Configuring data models, workflows, business rules, Web UI, and security; creating integration endpoints and interfaces.
• Ensure data quality and governance within Stibo implementations.

Support a major MDM transformation program where STIBO STEP is being implemented for a large home improvement retail group. The STEP solution will be rolled out across multiple European markets and will serve as a core platform for Product, Vendor, and other master data domains. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands on development experience in STEP with particular emphasis on JavaScript-based Business Rule development and workflow configuration. Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Stibo Systems platform known as STEP for master data management (MDM). Configuring data models, workflows, business rules, Web UI, and security, as well as creating integration endpoints and interfaces. Ensure data quality and governance within Stibo implementations.
