Job summary

Sandisk seeks a senior Analog IC design engineer to collaborate with global analog teams across sites and drive innovation in IP designs. You will design IPs such as voltage regulators, LDOs, DC-DC converters, references, sensors and oscillators using industry-standard EDA tools, provide technical leadership to junior engineers, and help build robust design processes across the analog domain.

This role requires strong mentorship, multi-site interaction, and the ability to coordinate priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Analog design across different technologies.
• Experience developing analog IPs like switch capacitor circuits, LDOs, DC-DC converters, oscillators.
• Experience integrating Analog IPs in a complex system.
• PCB and system design knowledge preferred.
• Experience in silicon characterization and probing.
• Experience in multi-site environments and interacting with teams across sites.
• Strong mentorship skills.
• Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives.

Job Description
