Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a senior engineer to architect, design, and develop Nonvolatile memory IPs and analog circuits. You will collaborate with global teams across sites to drive innovation in Analog IP designs, mentor junior engineers, and advance robust design methodologies in a multi-site environment.

Expect to work on voltage regulators, LDOs, charge pumps, references, sensors, and oscillators, ensuring high-quality IPs and scalable design processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Analog design across different technologies.
• Experience in developing analog IPs like switch-capacitor circuits, LDO, DC-DC converters, oscillators, ADCs.
• Experience in integrating Analog IPs in a complex system.
• Knowledge of PCB and system design preferred.
• Experience in silicon characterization and probing.
• Experience in a multi-site environment, interacting with teams in other sites.
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
• Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives.

Job Description

Successful candidates will work with the Non-volatile Memory Design team to architect, design and develop Nonvolatile memory products utilizing state of the art technologies. In this role you will perform the following duties:

• Need to work in collaboration with global analog teams across sites.
• Will be responsible for driving innovation in Analog IP designs.
• Responsible for design of IPs like Voltage regulators, LDO, Current and Voltage reference, High Voltage charge pumps, temperature sensors, oscillators etc using industry standard EDA tools.
