Job summary

Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company, seeks an experienced Oracle CPQ Cloud specialist to lead global CPQ integrations and deployments. You will shape architecture, drive pricing rules, and ensure seamless CRM/ERP connections across platforms.

With 8+ years in enterprise consulting and strong hands-on CPQ and integration skills, you will mentor teams, conduct workshops, and deliver robust, scalable solutions for complex business processes at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience in enterprise application consulting.
• Hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud, including BML, BMQL, XSLT.
• Experience with CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Fusion).
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approvals.
• REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration experience.
• CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, document generation, and customizations.
• Certification in Oracle CPQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud integrations, implementations, including configuration, commerce flows, pricing, approvals, and document generation.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and high-quality Oracle CPQ technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules based on business and enterprise requirements.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based document templates.
• Design, develop, and support robust integrations between Oracle CPQ and CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration solutions.
• Conduct client workshops to understand business processes, gather detailed requirements, and define appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare and present solution designs, technical approaches, and integration architectures to business and technical stakeholders.
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure adherence to version control, DevOps, release management, and enterprise development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
• Ensure Oracle CPQ solutions align with enterprise architecture, business rules, security requirements, and integration standards.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and provide technical direction across implementation teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable assets, technical documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed, and global teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle CPQ solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Total Experience 8+ years
• Strong experience in enterprise application consulting with hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud
• Strong hands-on expertise in BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approval workflows
• Proven experience in Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration patterns
• Experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, commerce processes, pricing logic, document generation, and customizations
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based document templates
• Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, production deployments, and release management
• Familiarity with version control, DevOps practices, and enterprise application deployment processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and client-facing skills
• Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams
• Oracle CPQ certification is an added advantage
