Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India is seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Admin to join our Pune team. You will manage Oracle CPQ Cloud in production, optimize pricing models with BML, and design the product catalog, attributes, and configuration rules to streamline sales processes.

You will integrate Oracle CPQ with Salesforce using the native connector, work with REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange, and coordinate multi-environment releases while aligning with configure-to-order and quote-to-cash workflows.

Qualifications

• Deep proficiency in BML for pricing formulas, configuration logic, and document scripting.
• Strong experience with CPQ product catalog design, attributes, rules and workflows.
• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce CRM using the native connector.
• Experience with REST and/or SOAP API integrations for CPQ data exchange.
• Solid understanding of configure-to-order, quote-to-cash, pricing governance and approvals.
• Proficiency in XSLT or CPQ's template engine for quote documents.
• Experience managing multiple CPQ environments and structured release migrations.

5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud administration and configuration experience in a production environment.

Deep proficiency in BML (BigMachines Language) for pricing formulas, configuration logic, and document generation scripting

Strong experience with Oracle CPQ product catalog design, attribute modeling, configuration rules, and commerce process workflows.

Demonstrated experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce CRM using the native Oracle CPQ Salesforce connector.

Experience with REST and/or SOAP API integration patterns for CPQ data exchange.

Solid understanding of CPQ-related business processes: configure-to-order, quote-to-cash, pricing governance, and approval workflows.

Proficiency in XSLT or Oracle CPQ's native template engine for quote document design.

Experience managing multiple CPQ environments and coordinating structured release migrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle CPQ Cloud certification or Oracle-recognized training completion.
• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Order Management, or Oracle Revenue Management Cloud.
• Familiarity with subscription billing, recurring revenue models, and renewal quoting within CPQ.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ's Advanced Configurator for complex hardware/BOM-driven product models.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration (objects, flows, profiles) to support the CRM-CPQ integration layer.
• Exposure to middleware/iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, Boomi) for CPQ integration scenarios.
• Experience supporting large-scale sales organizations (500+ quoting users) or multi-region/multi-currency CPQ deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
