Job summary

Maneva Consulting is seeking a Senior Oracle CPQ Developer/Consultant to drive design, configuration, and customization of CPQ solutions across PAN India. The role covers development, support, and integration with ERP/CRM systems, with mentoring of junior developers and standardization of processes.

The candidate will work on complex pricing, configuration rules, and UI enhancements using JavaScript/HTML/CSS, while coordinating with Oracle Support for deployments and fixes.

Qualifications

• Design, configure, and develop complex CPQ solutions including configuration rules, pricing matrices and document templates (BML scripting, XSL).
• Write robust BML scripts and custom functions to handle pricing logic, configuration constraints, and workflow automation.
• Implement and maintain UI customizations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead production support activities for Oracle CPQ, resolving high-priority incidents and complex defects.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
• Manage migration packages, patch updates, and coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs.
• Design and manage integrations between Oracle CPQ and ERP/CRM systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and middleware.
• Mentor junior developers, review BML code, and establish coding standards; document SOPs and runbooks.

Requirements:

Development & Customization:

• Design, configure, and develop complex CPQ solutions including Configuration rules, Commerce processes, Pricing matrices, and Document templates (BML scripting, XSL layout).
• Write robust BigMachines Markup Language (BML) scripts and custom functions to handle complex pricing logic, configuration constraints, and workflow automation.
• Implement and maintain UI customizations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks if applicable.

Support & Maintenance (L2/L3):

• Drive operational excellence by leading production support activities, resolving high-priority incidents, and troubleshooting complex defects in Oracle CPQ.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring system errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
• Manage migration deployment packages (Migration Center), patch updates, and coordinate with Oracle Support for service requests (SRs).

Integrations & Administration:

• Design and manage seamless integrations between Oracle CPQ and Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM), Oracle ERP Cloud, or third-party CRM/ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and Dell Boomi/OIC middleware.
• Handle user management, security profiles, permissions, data dictionaries, and catalog maintenance within the Oracle CPQ platform.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business analysts, sales operations, and product managers to translate business quotation requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior developers, review BML code/configurations, and establish development best practices and coding standards.
