Job summary

Stryker Group in Gurugram, India, seeks an senior software engineer to lead design, architecture, development, integration and testing of complex software components. You will translate user and clinical needs into robust technical solutions.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive design decisions, code reviews, and adherence to SOLID principles, patterns, and best practices across the full SDLC. Experience with Qt/QML is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Modern C++, OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Experience building scalable, modular, and maintainable software components.
• Hands-on experience with Qt/QML, Google Test, debugging, code coverage, and analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software quality, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, Git, Perforce, or similar version control tools.
• Technical leadership experience, including architecture reviews, mentoring, and regulated software development; exposure to 3D math, robotics, navigation, or imaging is a plus.
