- Optimize systems for power consumption, latency, and throughput.
- Produce high-quality technical content (application notes, reference material) and deliver trainings.
- Collaborate across teams and with customers to solve complex system issues and deliver production-ready solutions.
Your Profile
Qualifications and Skills
- BTech/MTech in Electronics, Computer Science or similar field.
- Strong C programming and embedded systems fundamentals, including software build process and hands‑on board bring‑up.
- Good understanding of microcontroller architectures and common peripherals.
- Mandatory basic hardware knowledge in analog and digital design.
- Ability to root‑cause complex, multi‑level engineering problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork mindset.
- Passion to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with linker scripts and multiple toolchains (GCC, IAR, Arm) is a plus.
- Experience in writing technical documents is a plus.
- Experience in multicore software development is a plus.
Specialization Areas (deep expertise in one or more)
1. Embedded Connectivity and IoT
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience with a strong background in IoT application development, embedded systems, and MCU-based design.
- Familiarity with real‑time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr and middleware for wireless applications such as lwIP, ThreadX, and MbedTLS.
- Wireless stacks and protocols: Bluetooth Classic and BLE; exposure to Matter and Thread; Bluetooth Audio and LE Audio are pluses.
- Cloud connectivity know‑how (AWS, Azure) and application protocols (MQTT, HTTP) as a plus.
- OTA firmware update mechanisms and secure, robust field update workflows.
- Deep understanding of digital/analog peripherals and inter‑chip interfaces: I2C, UART, SPI, I2S, SDIO, QSPI.
2. Edge Machine Learning and Embedded AI
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience with a strong background in design of high‑performance, low‑power systems applications on ARM Cortex‑M multicore platforms; partition workloads across CPU cores, NPUs, and accelerators.
- Implement robust task scheduling and IPC (shared memory, message queues, semaphores).
- Deploy on‑device ML inference; balance power, latency, and accuracy; perform deep power profiling.
- Background in audio/vision signal processing.
- Interface with PDM mics, I2S, I2C, and camera interfaces (MIPI/parallel).
- Familiarity with system analysis tools such as Tracealyzer or SystemView.
3. Capacitive and Inductive Sensing
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in embedded application development with strong understanding of Analog and Digital design.
- Experience with capacitive and or inductive touch sensing solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with MCU peripherals such as ADC, PWM, DMA, Timers.
- Proven ability to optimize for low power and high performance in sensing applications.
