Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking a Senior SRE Engineer - Azure to manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and production SaaS environments. You will ensure high availability, monitor microservices, databases, and Kubernetes clusters, and drive incident response and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure for production SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes clusters, container orchestration, and microservices.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for operations (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics) and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and production SaaS environments for high availability and reliability.
• Monitor and support microservices, applications, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design scalable, highly available, multi-region cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, incident response, RCA, patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and Grafana dashboards using Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
• Automate operational processes using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes/AKS, OpenShift, or Rancher environments.
• Support Java/Spring/Spring Boot-based microservices and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Development, Support, Security, IAM, and Cloud teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call support, customer onboarding/offboarding, production deployments, and outages.
• Contribute to architecture reviews and improve automation, security, scalability, performance, and efficiency.
