Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior SRE Engineer - Azure to manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and production SaaS environments in Ahmedabad, India. The role focuses on high availability, incident response, and automation across microservices, databases, and container platforms.

You will design scalable cloud solutions, build monitoring dashboards, and contribute to architecture reviews. The position involves on-call duties, deployments, and close collaboration with multiple teams

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and production SaaS environments for high availability and reliability.
• Monitor and support microservices, applications, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable, highly available, resilient, and multi-region cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform incident response, RCA, patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and Grafana dashboards using Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
• Automate operational processes using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes/AKS, OpenShift, or Rancher environments.
• Support Java/Spring/Spring Boot-based microservices and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Development, Support, Security, IAM, and Cloud teams to resolve customer and production issues.
• Participate in on-call support, customer onboarding/offboarding, production deployments, and planned/unplanned outage management.
• Contribute to architecture and system design reviews and continuously improve automation, security, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
